I,Maninder Kaur W/o Rohit Kumar and 2.Rohit Kumar S/o Vijay Kumar R/o H.no.16, Sec-22-B, Mandi Gobindgarh, Tehsil Amloh (Gobindgarh) & District Fatehgarh Sahib,declare that I am purchasing Property measuring OBigha-8Biswa-0Biswasi i.e. 8/91 share out of 4Bigha-11 Biswa, comprised in Khewat no.333/333, Khatoni No.738, Khasra No.1263/348/2(4-11), situated in the revenue limits of Jassran, Hadbast no.2, Tehsil Amloh (Gobindgarh) & District Fatehgarh Sahib, its previous Transfer deed no.2020-21/24/1/1903 dated 18.12.2020 was taken by me from previous owner but the same has been lost by me & I have not misused the same. I am availing loan from HDFC, Branch Khanna on this property. If anyone having objections regarding this fact can approach the above said Bank & me within 15 days from today, to lodge claim

Yrd) situated at Beant Singh Aman Nagar, Rupnagar (Scheme Bela Road, Part 2), vide sale deed no.2023- 24/35/1/1939 dated 27.10.2023, its previous Title deed no.198 dated 29.04.2002 was taken by me from previous owner but The same has been lost by me & I have not misused the same. I am availing loan from SBI, Branch Red Cross, Rupnagar on this property. If anyone having objections regarding this fact can approach the above said Bank & me within 15 days from today, to lodge claim

I have not misused the same.  I am availing loan from Bank of Baroda, Branch  Fatehgarh Sahib on this property.  If anyone having objections regarding this fact can approach The Manager Bank of Baroda & Lalit Gupta , advocate , Mobile No 98888-61416 & 80549-61416 within 15 days.
