PUBLIC NOTICE PUNJAB AND SIND BANK

ਆਮ ਜਨਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਐਂਡ ਸਿੰਧ ਬੈਂਕ ਸ਼ਾਖਾ ਬਡਾਲੀ ਆਲਾ ਸਿੰਘ, ਫਤਿਹਗੜ੍ਹ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਸੰਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ ਪੁੱਤਰੀ ਕਰਨੈਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮਕਾਂਨ ਪਲਾਂਟ ਨੰਬਰ 46ਪਾਲਮ ਇਨਕਲੇਵ ਮੋਰਿੰਡਾ ਰੂਪਨਗਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਉਸਾਰੀ ਲਈ ਕਰਜ਼ੇ ਦੀ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਜਾਇਦਾਦ ਦੀ ਮਾਲਕੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਦੌਰਾਨ, ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਸੰਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ ਧੀ ਕਰਨੈਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖੇ ਮਾਲਕੀ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ ਗੁਆਚ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ।
ਸੀਰੀਅਲ ਨੰਬਰ 1430 ਮਿਤੀ 23.10.2006 ਨੂੰ ਰਜਿਸਟਰਡ ਅਸਲੀ ਮਾਲਕੀ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ ਸੁਖਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਮਨਮੋਹਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ‘ਤੇ ਚਮਕੌਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਦਫਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਜਿਸਟਰਡ ਹੈ।
ਸੀਰੀਅਲ ਨੰਬਰ 527 ਮਿਤੀ 31.05.2011 ਨੂੰ ਰਜਿਸਟਰਡ ਅਸਲੀ ਮਾਲਕੀ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ ਸੁਖਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਹੀਰਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਰਘਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ‘ਤੇ ਚਮਕੌਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਦਫਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਜਿਸਟਰਡ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ, ਇਸ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਇੱਕ ਰਸਮੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ L.A.R No.2025/027214 ਮਿਤੀ-25-08-2025 ਨੂੰ 22.56 ਵਜੇ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕੋਲ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਜੇਕਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਪਲਾਟ ਨੰਬਰ 46 ਪਾਲਮ ਇਨਕਲੇਵ ਮੋਰਿੰਡਾ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਰੋਪੜ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਖੇ ਸਥਿਤ ਜਾਇਦਾਦ ‘ਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਇਤਰਾਜ਼ ਜਾਂ ਕੋਈ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਇਤਰਾਜ਼/ਦਾਅਵੇ ਦੇ ਸਬੂਤ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ 15 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਬੈਂਕ ਨੂੰ ਲਿਖਤੀ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।

It is informed to the public at large that the Punjab and Sind Bank branch office, badali Ala Singh,Fatehgarh Sahib, is in receipt of a loan application from Mrs.Sandeep Kaur D/O Karnail Singh, for housing construction situated at plot no 46 Palm Enclave, morinda distt. Ropar Punjab. During the title investigation of the aforementioned property, Mrs Sandeep kaur d/o karnail singh has reported that she has lost the following tittle deeds.
Original title deed registered at serial no 1430 dt 23.10.2006 registered in the O/o registrar Chamkour sahib in the name of Sukhpal Singh S/o Manmohan Singh.
Original title deed registered at serial no 527 dt 31.05.2011 registered in the O/o registrar Chamkour sahib in the name of Sukhjit Singh hira S/o Raghvir Singh.
Further a formal police complaint regarding the same has been lodged vide L.A.R No.2025/027214 dated 25.08.2025 at 22.56hr with Chandigarh police.
Therefore, if anyone has any objection or any claim over the property situated at plot no 46 Palm Enclave morinda, Distt. Ropar, Punjab,he/she may inform the bank in writing within 15 days along with proof of his/her objection/claim.
